Account "still getting set up"

Hello,

 

When I log into my account to pay my bill, it says the following:

 

Thanks for your purchase, ---!

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.

 

I am unable to do anything, including pay my bill, and my internet has been active for 10 weeks now. I also get an error when I try to schedule a call with customer service and am having trouble getting any help.

I apologize to hear you were having issues with trying to login to pay your bill. It looks like you had mention the issue was resolved in another thread. I just want to make sure everything is in fact resolved and if you had any further questions. Please let me know.
