When I log into my account to pay my bill, it says the following:

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.
I am unable to do anything, including pay my bill, and my internet has been active for 10 weeks now. I also get an error when I try to schedule a call with customer service and am having trouble getting any help.
