xre 22 srm 8101

I cannot play anything from on demand. Got the error code 8101. Chat with tech for close to 2 hours and nothing helped.  First it was my tv with channels pixelating and now on demand. Xfinity is really testing my tolerance and patience. No tech visit due to covid 19 (the online chat person said my home visit will be free - when they are available to come out).

 

The usual refresh, reboot etc did nothing.  Grrr!
