"In order to start cable service on this device"...
Hi.
Off and on for a while now, between my two boxes, I randomly recieve an error when trying to watch an on demand show (specifically 90 Day Fiance). I click on the show and my screen goes grey and says "In order to start cable service on this device, please contact your cable provider 1-877-405-2298". Other on demand shows work fine, infact I watched tell all part 1 earlier today. This episode is also free and I have cable service already so I don't understand the issue.
I called the number and of course they told me to go to the website for support where I got the chat robot that reset my box which did nothing.
Anybod know what to do for this issue?
