where is the on demand link? it has disappeared.
i did everything as suggested and spoke to a tech. He was supposed to call back. Never happened
Aren 't we paying for this? If it is a matter of outdated boxes or whatever, can't someone figure this out. Need a human or something else to try.

on the tv, the channel that took us to the "on demand":site is gone. first i saw somsthing about peacock, now that is gone and the erronsays cl-14 Gave tech the info. Problem was he insisted that what i said is our cable box next to the tv cN't be because it doesn't fit the description. there is nothing else here. that is why I wondered if this is an oudated setup?

Does the 'cable box next to the TV' have a model number on the back/bottom to identify it?
problem solved. Lost power 14 hours. Did not correct immediately but came home today and “ on demand “ is back. 😊👍🏻
