my purchased movies are gone

I purchased 3 movies through On Demand. I also had a lot on my dvr, and wasn't thinking when I turned it in for a newer model, that my dvr shows would be gone. Oh well to those, but - movies I PAID FOR and the information said I would always own them, are gone. I bought Knives Out, Jurassic World (the first one) and Jumanji part 2. 

How do I get those back? at the very least I want reimbursement, since the info is not accurate and doesn't say you'll lose them if you ever get newer equipment.
