Trolls movie 4K audio problems

Did anyone have horrible experience with the surround sound coming from the Trolls movie?

I used the surround sound from my receiver and all surround sound from the movie was extremely low. All background music was muffled. The voices of the characters came nice and loud, but all background music, chorus, fx, all was muffled. I had to watch the movie in 7 channel stereo. Horrible to watch a nice 4K movie.
