Third request for help

Here I go again.  On-Demand in HD by Network:  NatGeo/Incred. Dr. Pol/Season 15 is missing at least two episodes.  Now, Season 16 has started , but it's not shown by Network.  If you look By Alphabet, Season 16 is there, but it says "Buy".  Ridiculous.   Please reply.  I already tried to get this fixed by Chat about three months ago, but it was never resolved.

Hi Rufus97.  Sorry no one is replying to you;  I know how frustrating that is.  Unfortunately, what I have learned after years of finding "chargeable" episodes like this is that Comcast has no control over which episodes are free and which ones you have to pay for.  Those decisions are made by the individual networks that provide the shows.  Comcast suggests that we complain directly to the individual networks if we aren't happy with the cost and/or availability of On Demand content.  I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's an answer at least.

Have you tried looking for this episode online?  Of course it's not the same as watching it on TV, but some networks do provide their shows streaming online.  This often works for me to fill in the occasional gaps when the network charges for an episode I'm not willing to pay for.

Hi, toniskids.

Thanks for replying and for the info.  Actually, the channel is NatGeoWild, but if a Comcast employee read my posts, I think they could figure it out.  I agree about many Networks charging for seasons/episodes.  I guess people take advantage of that.  I wouldn't -- already paying too much as it is.  This could apply to Season 16, but not for Season 15, which is free, but missing some episodes.  I've found that many On-Demand  networks are sloppy with updating episodes.  I don't like watching shows on laptop.  Since no one is responding from the Forum, I may try "contacting Tom" before I go to the Network.
