Always worked before I did notice tv input it is on HDM12 nothing I do will change it

What troubleshooting have you done?

Ensure no reported outage in your area?

Checked TV settings for input?

Checked TV cable connected to which port (HDMI1 or 2)?

Followed TV cable to TV Box for connection?

Verified cable connection from TV Box to Cable connection?

Ensure all cables secure?
