Snowpiercer and other On Demand TV Programs previously free now require payment
TV shows that just aired in the last week like Snowpiercer and Big Sky are no longer available to me at no charge. Instead I am informed that I must pay 2.99 an episode or be subscribed to the channel. Two weeks ago I could view these shows the day after they aired at no charge. Furthermore ABC, TNT are included in my subscription and are non premium channels. I also pay for HBO Max. So what is the deal? Why the change? It’s not like they’ve been available to me to watch for six months and they’ve moved to a rental status. I missed these shows by 24-48 hours and now I must pay 2.99 on top of the cable Bill I already pay for these stations? Why even advertise on demand?

Hello, @rcurrier75! I appreciate you posting in our forums for support regarding the shows you've recently attempted to watch through On Demand. While we offer the channels to view, it is ultimately up to the network itself on availability of shows and the costs associated with the episode/movie. I did look into Snowpiercer, and see that those who have TNT in their channel lineup should now have access to Season 2, episodes 1-4 for free at this time. I'm also seeing Big Sky available until episode 9 for free on my end as well. If it's still showing a charge per episode on your end, I can definitely look into why. This is now happening to me too! I have snowpiercer set to record but it didn't record the 3/15 episode. Now it says on demand that I have to pay $2.99. I pay a heavy bill to Comcast each month so what is happening? I also can't watch Buying Alaska or Living Alaska which is just had access to in February. What is the real issue? Obviously something in the package has changed and I will cancel my subscription which I have had since 1990! Ridiculous
