i was having same issue. there is another way in to watch it.....google 'Shameless Season 10 Episode 11' Then select the showtime site option (posted below). click 'stream this episode' and it will ask you 'already have showtime'. one of the options is to use your cable provider (xfinity). select that and log in just like if you were logging in online to your comcast/xfinity account. you have to then register with showtime with name and email address only (no cc info), then you can stream/watch the epidode.
