Regular AMC on demand???

I can't find this answer anywhere. After a long break my wife decided she wants to start watching the Walking Dead again. All i'm seeing is ad free streaming for $4.99 /mo on Amc "Premier". Is there no way to just stream regular AMC with ads or have they completely hosed us?

AMC has gated the access for their episodes so that if you want to watch many of the back episodes you either have to subscribe to their on demand or pay per episode or season. Many of the most popular series do this

Thanks. Yeah that stinks. But i even checked the more recent episodes and i was still denied and prompted to sign up for AMC Premiere. I guess we'll just have to wait for Netflix. Unless they pull it off netflix too
