I was browsing the on demand movies under the free category. Only to find some are not free. And some that I had started, but did not finish are not free anymore aswell.

It is false advertising when you list "buy or rent" movies when a person asks for "free movies" into their voice remote. This is a recent problem that needs to be corrected. Your available movies don't match the numbers you list, because of all the duplicates. That is also false advertising that needs to be corrected.
