On demand not working

On demand not working

On demand is not working in 1 box, my main box. I did a refresh. Chatted with a tech for 40 minutes. He did a refresh. I can find any movie but cannot watch it. I get an error. He transferred me to the advanced repair team that did not come on after 10 additional minutes. I finally had to disconnect. Nothing is fixed. Is anyone else having an issue

I see it has been some time since you created this thread and I wanted to check in to see if you were able to get help with this error or if you still need a hand? If so, can you please provide the error message you are getting?

I have 3 TV's and the on demand does not work on any of

them.  Refresh did not work and it looks like it is a definite

Comcast problem.
