For the past two days my On Demand has not been working on any of my tv's. I can go as far as selecting my show and then the screen goes black wiht the "one moment please" and then the blue box comes up that say "unable to process please call". There is no error code.
HOW DO WE GET THESE PORBLEMS FIXED WITH ON DEMAND??? Geez, I am paying for a service that never works, I cant get help with and no one at COMCAST takes ownership of. Does Comcast even read these posts? I can't even get a person to anser the phone at comcast that can answer any questions in English????
I am so sick of all these problems with Comcast, I wish there was another option.
