I've already seen everyone else's post and I have the same issues. box tv boxes is older one and front box is X1. Called got someone who doesn't speak english very well. And didn't know what I was talking about. Said she put in a help ticket. Someone would call me back. Well nothing. This is not my issue from all the posts on this board.
Yeah, I'm seeing the same error code CL-17. On Demand has been a no go for sometime now. Their tech support is working off a script that doesn't address the root cause.
