On demand is not working

CL17 is the error code we have e tried everything and nothing works. We even got new boxes and remotes. I heard it’s due to an update xfinity has done and some of the boxes are having problems with the on demand. I can’t even get a tech to help because of the pandemic. It’s been a month and nothing. HELP 🙏🏼
