On Demand DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE in my area. Yes my neighborhood, not just me. I have been calling for help and am promised it will be fixed and yet it is NOT. It is a UDP error. That is a protocol error! That means there is a problem at YOUR end. I guess if Comcast/Xfinity ignores it long enough they will hope the customers will stop complaining. This is a service that is in a bundle pay. HOW ABOUT REFUNDING YOUR CUSTOMERS, SINCE THEY ARE NOT GETTING WHAT YOU ARE ADVERTISING THEY ARE GETTING. This is false advertising!
