We are not able to watch On Demand programs on our television for a couple of days. We have restarted the TV box a couple of times and have tried restarting the service through the Comcast support website but there seems to be a connectivity issue. We continualy get error message CL17.
I believe we will eventually have to set aside 4 - 8 hours and call customer service before we will ever get the on demand service "which we are paying for" returned to our service. I just wanted to get on here and complain with all of the humans that have been pushed into the space between the rock and hard place. 😁
