Haven't been able to use On Demand for almost 2 weeks now. It says "Feature Unavailable. This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later or call your cable operator for more information."
Have done all the troubleshooting and restarting I'm able to do. No effect. Tried to use on-line "restart" option, but all it did was claim it restarted the box but in reality that did not happen.
Problem started about the same time as I had to jump through hoops online to log on to the "new" streaming format.
