For the second time this year, On Demand has become unavailable. Last time a tech came out and checked all our connections, replaced some, and also made changes to a filter outside. On Demand was working then, but recently stopped again. I called Xfinity and they sent a signal to reboot, twice (two different levels of support). They said someone from the third level of support would call us, but we received no call. I tried reaching Xfinity by phone, but the recording said no one was available and to try text, which I did, but no repsonse. They also suggested going online and chatting. Tried that also but no response. Is anyone there??
I did get through to someone today. I called, took the option for a text conversation, and after selecting an option, typed the word "Agent." Then I received a menu to select my issue and was told an agent would call. We ended up talking to a helpful agent named Jonathan.
