On Demand is not available since 2/23/20. Was working on 2/22/20. Getting error code CL-17. That error code does not show on Comcast list. What's the problem? Even had comcast reset the TV box thru the website.
Followed all instructions. Still not available. We are paying for a service we cannot access.

Yeah, me too. I think the final solution, after talking to one of the techies, is going to be to upgrade to the latest version of the cable box. Which is going to be a pain if you have to upgrade it everytime something stops working. Mine's been out of commission for about a month. Same thing, worked fine one day, stopped working the next.
