On Demand availability

I have 2 boxes. One allows me to view Movies without issue via ON DEMAND. The other box returns the following on screen notice: "Sorry, we're having some trouble. This program is not available to watch at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.  XRE-22 SRM-8111"  This issue is two days so far. Did a Refresh and no change.

I have the same exact problem. My main box can’t play any on demand content while the two smaller boxes work fine.
If I find an answer I’ll let you know.
