On Demand Shows Not Saved in Recently Viewed Queue

I rely on the 24 hour Window to watch an On Demand show as I rarely can finish one in one

viewing. Up until last night I could resume where I left off the next evening because unfinished shows would go to Recently Viewed On Demand Menu.

Last night every X I signed off the show(s) would NOT be Saved for 24 hours to Recently Viewed. It would immediately say "No Listings Available" forcing me to use the absurdly slow Fast Forward "feature" to get to where I left off (it should be called Barely Moving Forwarding). Very very time wasting.

What gives? Why all of a sudden can't I save On Demand Shows to be resumed where I left off for 24 hours?

Same thing happening here.  So, glad it's not my individual issue and that at least one other person is having this problem. Starting yesterday (7/21) late afternoon, programs disappeared from 'Recently Viewed' and instead it says 'No Listings Available'.  I was hoping it would fix itself, but that hasn't happened.  Now no programs are retained in the 'Recently Viewed' section of the OnDemand menu.  Hello OnDemand Team, please issue a ticket to get this fixed.

Sorry you too are dealing with this. After wasting 35 minutes with one of their unhelpful " outsourced" wastes of time I was promised a call tonight from an escalated Tech person. Nothing as of 10:54 PM.
Good luck. I'll get back on here if I get a solution.

Same thing here.  I hope they fix it.

One little hint on the fast forward -- you can use "Page Up" to jump 10 minutes at a time.  Not great, but better than just FF by itself.  (Some, if not most, shows disable FF but you can still use the "Page Up")

My "Recently Viewed" was emptied and new programs were not being added as well.  This is one time, in my experience, that resetting the box worked.  I did so from the web site: My Account > Devices > (TV Box) Troubleshoot.

It is frustrating how long it takes the on screen guide to repopulate after a restart (still not up to date after 24 hours), but my Recently Viewed is working...

Wishing you all success 🤞.

Thank you so much for this. Last nite the problem seemed to resolve itself. When I stopped watching an OnDemand show the Recently Viewed menu recognized and listed it.

If it is still reflected in Recently Viewed this evening I will assume the problem has been resolved. But if it again says No Listings I will of course try your fix. Thanks again.

Thank you for this FF tip. The commercial network and many cable TV shows disable FF as you stated. The Premium channels HBO, Showtime which are most of my On Demand shows usually allow FF. I look forward to trying your Page Up suggestion as +10 is much better than what Ive been utilizing. Thanks.

Seems fixed for me as well now.  (I did not have to reset the box.)

Forgot to mention, "Page Down" jumps back 10 minutes, should you ever need that as well (a lot faster than rewinding).
