We have had the same problem since April 29. A Comcast technician rang the doorbell and said he might need access to our yard. We did not ask for service and he never told us what he was doing but ever since he was here we have no ON DEMAND, no CALLER ID and no LOCAL WEATHER. I contact Comcast daily and all they do are the resets and that doesn't work as you know. On one call I got a supervisor who said I had to wait until the virus is over and they send someone to the house. Are you in Northeast Philadelphia?
