My On Demand has not been working for 4 days. Keep getting error (VM-16) - Saying Xfinity is experiencing a problem and to try again later.
ENOUGH is ENOUGH! I've reset everything and it still doesn't work. How do I get this fixed???
I added channels to my digital package this week, but they didn't appear, and I was told I needed a new cable set top box, which I picked up from the store (and returned the old one). On Demand was working fine for a few days, but today I get "Error (VM-16)" and "please try again later." Not sure how much longer "later" is. . . .
