I've been reading these forum entries & apparently the error code I get on my TV isn't supposed to exist anymore. I had to get a new Regular HD box (not streaming) when my remote stopped working. It's been hit & miss with OnDemand ever since. I'm on day 5 of no movies or shows. Only ones I've recorded. I've sent signals & had rep reset. The box I have doesn't have an actual serial number so I have to refer to the receipt I was given from the store. My bill increased $20 a month. Without access to movies this isn't worth it. I was going to switch over to xfinity streaming but we are getting MetroNet fiberoptics installed in my hood & after over 20 years w comcast I'll be switching to save $100 a month unless I can get this resolved & some sort of adjustment. Anyone else having this issue?
