I recently added "Riddick: The Complete Collection" to my Movies Anywhere library which consists of 3 movies and each are an Unrated Version of the film: "Pitch Black", "The Chronicles Of Riddick", and "Riddick". Oddly, "The Chronicles Of Riddick" does not show up in my Movies Anywhere library on Xfinity while the other 2 movies do. When I checked Amazon and Google, it shows up in my library on both of those services.
Movies Anywhere suggested that maybe Xfinity doesn't have it in their library so they don't have it to stream. And while that might make sense, it sure seems odd that everyone else has this version of the movie and Xfinity does not.
Even stranger, you can buy the "Riddick Trilogy" on Xfinity right now for $24.99 and at the top of the box artwork it says, "Unrated Director's Cuts". So that tells me that Xfinity must have all 3 Unrated Versions of these movies in order to sell this product. Right?
I would just love for someone to explain to me why this movie is missing from my Movies Anywhere library and how Xfinity doesn't have this movie even though they seem to sell a product that has it.
I'm new here and didn't realize you can edit the original post. I just now edited it. Please ignore this reply.
