Missing Closed Captions

Both Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel's all new movies from Xfinity On Demand and Xfinity Stream are missing Closed Captioning. I sent an Email about the problem to Hallmark but no response from them.
When will Hallmark fix the problem?
