Is On Demand charging now?

I went to On Demand to see the #3 show of Beecham House only to find it and other programs all cost $$ to see.   It was not that way a few weeks ago.  I always get ephisodes of programs that I missed by going to OnDemand and I usually see them.  I would like to know what is going on??
