Interference in movies

It’s disappointing that a “free” movie, in this case Clear and Present Danger, has static and viewing issues. I tried it twice over 2days and finally went to Apple TV and paid to see it clearly. No other problem with internet or tv. This seems to be a movie issue. At least you didn’t charge for it.
