Error XRE-22 SRM-8012, On Demand on X1 repeatedly freezes and exits to TV

I just replaced my old non X1 Set top Boxes with new X1 boxes this past Friday, now whenever we try to watch on demand the screen freezes and we get Error Code XRE-22 SRM-8012.  When we try to start the show/movie again, it freezes again after a few minutes.  This is happening on all of the new boxes.  All cables have been checked and I did a system restart as well as a box  refresh and we are still having the issue.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!!
