Just posted regarding the same issue. The last time it happened, a tech changed something outside (filter) and checked all our connections, and fixed the problem, but now it has occurred again (error code CL-17). Only this time we cannot reach anone at Xfinifty -- not by phone, text, or online chat. No response at all. Very frustrating.
Its been three weeks since we had any on-demand service... called them twice and they said they would send out new boxes. First time... boxes never came, so I called a second - only to them to send the wrong boxes. Best part they refused to give any credit for missed service and my saga continues.
Everytime I call it is something different. I also was told my boxes were outdated, sent new boxes only to be the wrong boxes. Still waiting on the correct boxes but I am not holding my breath on them being right. So very frustrating, for what you get and what you are paying for cable.
Received boxes today, hooked up the main box that came in the packaged box. When it was setting up I had to call to have this syncronized. Called this number, was on hold 45 minutes till someone answered, got it working on demand was working then I was told this main box I hooked up was not to be sent and was the wrong box. I physically opened this box and removed it from the packaged box that was sent today to be told this was the wrong box. ...... is there anyone who knows how to fix this problem? If so please help!!!!
