CHICAGO PD - ON DEMAND

What is the explanation for Season 6 to have a fee per episode on DEMAND? However, seasons 1-5 are free on Amazon Prime and season 7 is free on DEMAND!! I have a Comcast customer for years and it's a little pricey and Comcast want us to pay for a show. Not cool.
