Can’t sign in to download security app

I get a message: Username & password don’t match - so I confirmed my username and updated my password. It still doesn’t work. What else can I do?

It means you typed in the wrong ID or password. Easy to do if you have been going along with "Save my password" checked. Either one might have been typoed by you.

 

Been there. Done that! In fact it happened to me last week after acidentally signing out. I ended up checking the "Forgot pw box". They will ask for answer to favorite question, e-mail a new temp. pw to use. I went back in with ID and password I thought was what I had. Make sure to write down both again with current date for safe keeping.
