Account Setup - "Thanks for your purchase! We're getting your account set up."
I also have the error when trying to sign in to any xfinity service. I signed up over a week ago and can not activate my internet service as I don't have an account that is set up.
I try to use the help features but can not as the site claims that "Access is not Authorized".
How can I can my account setup so I can activate my internet service and my account?

Are you signing in as the account primary user? If you had someone install your services, chances are you're not signing in as the primary user.
