When people call my Home phone, it is going strait to voicemail. HALP!
Our home phone rings but when it is picked up, there is no connection.
The person calling our home phone goes to voicemail.
How do I solve this?

Pretty much the same problem here. I cannot even get a support agent to help me. I wait hours and hours on the phone or in a chat window and no one ever helps.
