One modem saw calls incoming or outgoing only ;ast a few minutes before being disconnected. Since then neither of the two replacement modems have had a dial tone despite all efforts to debug following Comcast online instructions! Swevice itself is now suspect of having issues.

My phone has no dial tone. Phone is plug in and phone is working but no ring.
