No dial tone & goes straight to voice mail
I installed the new xFi Advanced Gateway and the internet and cable TV work fine, but my landline has no dial tone and when I call it, it does not ring and goes directly to voice mail. Help?

Have you setup and activated the gateway as recommended in this link?
