No dial tone
I rcv'd a call at 9:30am since then I have no dial tone. i disconnected my modem for 60 sec, but to no avail also if someone calls when I answer nothing.

try trouble shooting using this procedure:

If not isolated, call Comcast tech support
(1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
