I was recently told by two of my clients that when they call me they get a call rejected message and then the call is disconnected. I did some research and noticed that Xfinity added a feature to my phone number that allows for call blocking. I checked my account online and it shows that my call blocking is not activated. I called Xfinity and was told by the agent that they needed to escalate my call for technical support. I have not been on hold for 3.5 hours and no one has picked up the phone. Can anyone help me with getting this resolved? Has anyone had this issue before? I did not activate any features so I do not know how to turn it off. Please help, I am losing business.
