I have a university account/email and trying to forward email sent to that address, to my comcast account. But the university is being blocked by Comcast. How can this be rectified?

Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the email issues you're having when trying to forward emails to your Comcast email account as I know this can be frustrating to say the least. Have you tried contacting your University Administrator to see if there are any settings that need to be toggled on their end to allow emails to be forwarded? Also, do you notice this happen when you try forwarding emails to any other addresses? We definitely want to help get down to the bottom of this so thanks so much for working with us today!
