Searching email inbox issues
Good morning -
My email search index seems to be limited. I can't seem to get search results any further back than March 2020 even though I know I have emails from certain people dating back years.
Can something be done so that I can search all of my mailbox?

What criterium are you using to search with? The name, or an email address? A date range? What have you tried? ARe you searching All Folders or only a specific one?

Was this issue ever resolved for you? I am having the same issue and I cannot seem to get Comcast technical support to fix it. I've spoken with 7-8 technicians and they refuse to escalate my tickets to the engineering team.
