To who it may concern
When i am on the xfintity router and I try to connect to Roblox.com I get a Internal Error 500 page. If I connect to another source like a wifi hotspot I can access it. I have tried diabling all Firewalls, AV on my system and the advanced security on my Xfintiy router. But still get the error.
My kids cannot play thier games
Hello and Happy Wednesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far! I also appreciate you taking a moment out of your day to reach out to us on our Community Forums! You’ve reached the best place and perfect person to help with virtually all of your account needs!
Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you're having when trying to connect to the https://comca.st/3av5xu8 website as I know situations like this can be frustrating to say the least! We definitely want to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible so that your kids can get back to doing what they love best!
To confirm, are you using a separate stand alone router in addition to your Comcast modem by chance? Thanks again for bearing with us through this process, Glenn!
Awesome, I'm glad you were able to find a way to get access to that website for your kids. I totally get where you're coming from on this. I know whenever I babysit my brother's kids I just need a little peace and quiet sometimes haha. Although, we certainly don't want you to disable all of your advanced security settings, as that's one of the things that really makes our service one of the best, and gives you peace of mind that we have you protected. It sounds like that website might be triggering some parental control features, but you can use this link to help with enabling and editing those: https://comca.st/3k0I2vK. Can you please let me know if you're able to access this link?
