Not receiving email from Gmail account to my Comcast account

Emails just vanish no bounce back or undeliverable message.

Then I would call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account to see if there is a blocking issue--------------------

Does it work OK if you send from the Gmail account to some other one you have like Outlook.com or Yahoo or something else?  Did you check to see if it went to your Spam folder?

Not in spam folder and I know they replied because when others reply to the Gmail account reply I see their reply.

Nothing in Spam filter. The email never comes in.
