In webmail, look at the very bottom left of the screen and see if you see "Show". If so, click on it and your folders should reappear.
There is nothing at the bottom left of my screen that says "show".
Please recover my emails and the contents of my folders.

At the very bottom of the column look for the words ‘ hide folder’. Click on it and it will turn to ‘show’. Now all Folders should be visible.

There is nothing at the bottom left of my screen that says "show".
Please recover my emails and the contents of my folders.

At the very bottom of the column look for the words ‘ hide folder’. Click on it and it will turn to ‘show’. Now all Folders should be visible.
