How to stop Comcast sending advertising emails
Every day Comcast is sending me spammy "This is a service related email." Things like how to buy more products from them or how to work my remote or other dumb things.
I've gone into the privacy center and turned off every possible source of email weeks ago, but these keep coming every day.
Any idea how to stop this email harrasement?

I have exactly the same issue. Turned off all solicitation options, but still get Xfinity emails. Frustrating.

Is there an option to unsubscribe or to opt out near the bottom of the email?
I have been an xfinity customer for years and I do not and have not received any such emails.
