Cannot connect to untuckit.com

I cannot connect to untuckit.com (the shirt store).

I can do so on other networks but not from my home metwork.

I have disabled xFi Advanced Security in my account.

Any suggestions?

Here is the message I received:

The image you posted isn't visible. It looks like this:

HfImgPlcHldr.gif

It's probably because the image requires moderator approval. That might take some time, from a few hours to a day or so. Alternatively, you could upload the image to a file sharing site and post a link to it here, or post text instead of an image.

I can reach the site. When one customer cannot reach a site but others can, it can mean the site is blocking that customer's public Comcast IP. You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP. You may need to ask the site's admins for help with this.

What does a trace to www.untuckit.com show? In Windows, open a Command Prompt window, enter
    tracert -4 www.untuckit.com
and post the output. Mine looks like:

C>tracert -4 www.untuckit.com
Tracing route to shops.myshopify.com [23.227.38.64] over a maximum of 30 hops:
  1 14 ms 2 ms 2 ms router1 [192.168.1.1]
  2 12 ms 12 ms 12 ms 96.120.9.181
  3 14 ms 12 ms 13 ms 96.108.119.45
  4 11 ms 10 ms 12 ms 96.110.24.214
  5 14 ms 13 ms 14 ms 96.110.25.65
  6 21 ms 21 ms 20 ms 69.139.168.141
  7 23 ms 22 ms 23 ms 76.96.117.78
  8 23 ms 20 ms 19 ms shops.myshopify.com [23.227.38.64]
Trace complete.

I believe Apple OSs use "traceroute" instead of "tracert".

The trace looks OK.

Try reaching them via chat on the home page, or using one of the methods listed on https://www.untuckit.com/pages/contact-us using a non-Comcast network.

I also left an email for untuckit.com, but no idea if the person who sees it will know what to do.
