Blocked Emails

I recently discovered that a few online businesses that i've used for years have been blocked and their promotions and emails are being blocked without ever making it to my SPAM mailbox for me to verify.

 

I researched these forums and their seems to be something that can be done but it is never posted or explained but sent to individuals as needed.

 

I would like to know how to unblock specific businesses from my email account.

These types of issues are usually unique so we will have to review them case by case. Please send me a PM or enable your PM feature so I can gather more detailed info.

 

To do so,

1.Slect your profile icon / picture.
2.Select My settings, preferences
3.Selct private messenger and ensure Turn on private messages is checked.

I can complete steps 1 and 2 but there isn't option for "private messenger"

I cannot believe how difficult it is to get support.  I've wasted 30 minutes trying to follow the directions to allow or make a PM and it's not there as it's been explained.

 

After searching more topics, I see it has to be "turned on" by a comcast employee after a public post.

 

Can someone please allow me to continue to beg for the services I already pay to receive?

My apologies for the delay, we are currently working to have that appear shortly. In the meantime, if you'd like you'd could post the domains of the senders if you'd like and we can review their traffic.

Hello, after review of your inbound traffic, we can see messages coming from those two domains to your user profile. We have successful messages from them and to your user profile. Although no messages coming from the specific senders themselves for email.sideshow.com. The latest message shows as successfully delivered on 8/25. 

 

This usually occurs if you are no longer on their sending list. Have you tried re subscribing to their emails? Were they able to provide any more info as to what they are seeing on their side? Such as a bounce back or anything along those lines?

HELLO...

 

The sites are still no being allowed to send notices that I want.

 

I didn't flag them as SPAM.  I can't see what websites have been identified as SPAM.  Why am I not able to decide what I want to receive for a service I pay what many would consider way too much for in the first place?

@mace9 I hope you had a resolution. I have the SAME problem and mysteriously it corrected after a few months. Now it has returned for me in the same mail box. I have a re-direct in-place until another miracle is vested upon me. I am going to se if i can migrate to another service (with its own level of issues, of course.

Hi there @user_2e4627!  Thanks so much for letting us know you are having this issue.  Are the messages go to SPAM/Junk folders or are you not receiving them at all?
