I updated my contract online, it said I would get a new box but I haven't and now it shows i'll be charged 7.50 per month for the same box I have had for years that I wasn't previously "renting". I tried chatting several times and when a person finally came on they just stopped responding. Why is it so difficult to receive customer service and will I receive an updated box?
